Our Class 3 farmers reaped the rewards of their hard work this year, preparing beds, sowing seed, tending crops, harvesting grain, and grinding flour to make their very own flat breads, topped with delicious Class 3 sauerkraut. What a yummy way to celebrate the end of this enriching year in the open classroom of the Shearwater biodynamic farm.
