Congratulations to Year 11 filmmaker Sam Clarke whose recent documentary Suvira, has been selected for both the upcoming Byron Bay Film Festival and the Young Australian Film Festival, receiving nominations for Outstanding Cinematography and Excellence in Documentary Filmmaking.

Filmed and edited in Term 2 this year, as part of the Year 11 Photography and Video course, Sam’s film tells the story of local artist and passionate potter Suvira McDonald.
